Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with FAIRWAY SUPPLY. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders within South Africa.
1. Delivery Area
FAIRWAY SUPPLY currently ships orders within South Africa only, unless otherwise stated on our website.
2. Courier Service
We use Aramex Store-to-Door delivery for our orders.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to Aramex, you may receive tracking information where available.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Our estimated delivery timeframe is:
8 to 11 business days
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and South African public holidays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier capacity, address accuracy, public holidays, weather, operational delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, promotions, supplier delays, or public holidays.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
FAIRWAY SUPPLY will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for any additional re-delivery fees.
6. Courier Delays
FAIRWAY SUPPLY will make reasonable efforts to ensure your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe.
However, we are not liable for delays caused by Aramex, courier disruptions, public holidays, strikes, weather conditions, incorrect customer information, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.
This does not remove any rights you may have under South African consumer protection law.
7. Risk and Delivery
In accordance with South African consumer law, risk in the goods remains with FAIRWAY SUPPLY until the goods have been delivered and accepted by the customer, unless otherwise permitted by law.
Once delivery has been completed to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver because:
- no one is available to receive the parcel,
- the address is incorrect,
- the customer cannot be contacted,
- or delivery is refused,
the parcel may be returned or delayed.
Any additional delivery charges caused by failed delivery attempts may be for the customer’s account, where permitted by law.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged parcels, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
- the outer packaging,
- the shipping label,
- the damaged item,
- and any missing or damaged contents.
We may need this information to investigate the matter with Aramex.
10. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details by email, SMS, or another available contact method.
Tracking updates are provided by Aramex, and delays in tracking information may occur.
11. Public Holidays and Peak Periods
Deliveries may take longer during:
- public holidays,
- Black Friday,
- Christmas periods,
- courier backlogs,
- severe weather,
- or other high-volume periods.
We recommend placing orders early during peak seasons.
